MY MISSION. . .

I suppose you could say my approach to photographs is simple:  Create images that elicit emotional responses from people.  I strive to capture a balance among happiness, bliss, sincerity, and even a little bit of goofiness!  Together we will have a ton of fun and I will use my mad ginga-ninja photo skills to make you look great!

Meet Jeff

While I hope you will sense my passion for my craft, it’s important to share that I am a family man and a veteran; in fact, those are my first loves.

My story goes like this: I am a native of Cheyenne, Wyoming, born and raised!  As a kid, I always thought I’d be a computer programmer.  But when I took a trip to Europe with my French class in high school, along with my clothes, I packed eight disposable cameras.  The images those cameras produced when I returned home spoke to me.  But only in a whisper. When I later enrolled at the Art Institute of Colorado to be a web designer, I instantly changed my mind after a tour of their photography department.  That little voice that followed me home from France became much louder, and I took the plunge.  Taking that dive was one of the smartest decisions of my life.  But not the smartest decision.  Maybe it was the third smartest decision.  I graduated with my AAS in photography in 2008.

The second smartest decision I ever made was to join the Wyoming Army National Guard in 2004.  I transferred to the Wyoming Air National Guard in 2007; I still serve my country as the noncommissioned officer in charge of material control in my unit.  My military career has been incredibly rewarding, particularly regarding the people I’ve met, things I’ve seen and accomplished.  I originally joined because I wanted to serve my nation and to travel.  Thus, I met my goals, and then some.

The absolute smartest decision I ever made was to marry my wife, Natalie, in 2007.  We have two amazing sons, Jacob and Logan.  They are why I get out of bed every day.

I also love hockey, GO AVS GO…and I LOVE my Jeep.

And I would love to work with you to show your life’s passions in your individual or family photos.  My eye speaks to my heart, and it controls my camera.  Give me a try. You’ll see.

KIND WORDS...

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff Allred Photography. Jeff made the photo session fun and easy with our two young kids. I recommend Jeff Allred Photography to anyone wanting great quality photos!

Toni & Kevin

Jeff has created beautiful memories for our family on three different occasions. Not only is Jeff accommodating and easy to work with, but he takes amazing pictures that are high quality. We will definitely be scheduling another session with Jeff in the future!

Jackie & Brian

Jeff is a trained professional! It is worth our long drive to have a family or senior session with him. Sessions are FUN, relaxed, and at times adventurous! His work is creative and amazing. My teen boys loved their sessions with Jeff and were happy with their senior portraits. Our family's Air Force retirement photos are very special. I've seen his work from weddings and the special day is captured beautifully. Jeff KNOWS photography, knows his equipment, and moves the session along calmly with no stress and lots of fun!

Julie, Brian, & Kevin

Our images are exactly what we asked for and are perfect!! Very professional and very enthusiastic about every idea thrown his way!
